The ZBoard Pro is our faster, lighter, more portable ZBoard for everyday travel.
The ZBoard is the weight-sensing electric skateboard. Simply lean forward to go and lean back to stop. Leaning onto the front foot pad accelerates the rider to a top speed of 17 miles per hour and a range of over 10 miles**. Leaning back on the rear foot pad kicks in regenerative braking. The ZBoard recharges at any wall outlet with the included charger in 5 hours.

What is the difference between the ZBoard Pro and the ZBoard Classic?
The ZBoard Pro is equipped with a lithium-ion (LiFePO4) battery pack, improving its performance and reducing its weight compared to the ZBoard Classic, which is equipped with Sealed Lead Acid Batteries. Please refer to the Specifications page for more details.
What is the difference between the ZBoard Pro Special and the ZBoard Pro?
The ZBoard Pro Special is equipped with the highest capacity battery offered in any electric skateboard available, giving it a range of up to nearly 20 miles**. The larger power plant requires sending your ZBoard in for motor controller upgrades and custom tuning, but round trip domestic shipping and installation are included in the price of the kit. Please refer to the Specifications page for more details. The ZBoard Pro Special will begin shipping in July.

** All ZBoard models are range tested under a variety of real world conditions to determine accurate ratings. “Highway” range is determined under constant speed on smooth, flat pavement. “City” range is determined under normal riding conditions on flat ground, including regular stop-and-go on a variety of pavement types. Charge and maintenance status, terrain, rider, and riding style all influence battery life.
