Since our last update we have:
- Shipped all European ZBoard 2 orders by sea freight
- Fulfilled all domestic Black Wheel orders
- Begun determining final schedules for the remaining International orders
EU Orders on Their Way
We recently completed our largest and most complex single ZBoard 2 build yet, testing, boxing, and palletizing all of the shipments. This shipment was especially complex as it included pre-installed Black Wheels on many of the boards.
These moved via ground shipping to the Oakland Port and are now on their way via sea freight to Hamburg, and then eventually to our European distributor in Munich, Germany. Once the boards arrive to our distributor they'll be breaking down the pallets and sending out the individual shipments via ground shipping. At that time you'll receive your tracking numbers.
Black Wheels Shipping
We've now shipped our over 100 black wheel sets out to all domestic orderers. These are shipping now and you can order yours here.
The feeback so far has been great, check it out at the bottom of this blog post.
Schedules for Remaining International Boards
We have now shipped 85% of all International boards but recognize that we still have more to go. In building the European Shipment we unfortunately had more parts fail in testing than expected, which has thrown off our inventory numbers. We've ordered the necessary parts to complete the builds for Asia, Australia, and other patience pre-orderers and we will be able to determine a shipping schedule for these regions soon.
From the Founders
To those of you who have been riding your boards all Summer and sending in feedback - thank you! We love sharing these pictures and videos with the team and they keep us motivated. To those of you in the EU we sincerely appreciate your patience and are glad to say that you'll be riding in about a month. If you're an International customer outside the EU we recognize that the delays have been a headache, just know that we're working hard to get you your boards as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone as always for your patience and support.
